Why am I running? I have more work to do! I actively serve on two out of three board committees – Policy and Community Linkages. My goals through this committee work are to make our policies clearer and more usable for students/families, staff, and community members, and to ensure they align with our community’s values. On Community Linkages, I am working to make information about district decisions more easily accessible through quarterly community feedback sessions. I voted to go to referendum and I want to see its implementation through, because I advocated strongly for additional support for student mental health. I truly believe that we are building momentum toward a brighter future for AASD. I would be honored to be a part of making AASD the flagship district of Wisconsin.
